  "text": "The employment contracts of São Toméan and ACP seamen, a copy of which shall be given to the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Fisheries and the signatories of the contracts, shall be drawn up between the shipowners’ representative(s) and the seamen and/or their trade unions or representatives. These contracts shall guarantee the seamen the social security cover applicable to them, in accordance with the applicable legislation, including life assurance and sickness and accident insurance.",
