# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 9


Where no São Toméan or ACP seamen are taken on board for reasons other than that referred to in the previous point, shipowners shall be required to pay, for each day of the fishing trip in São Toméan waters, a flat-rate amount of EUR 20 per day and per vessel. The payment of this amount shall take place within the time limits laid down in point 4 of Section 2 of Chapter I of this Annex.
