  "text": "Criteria are set for each of the following aspects:\n(1) energy efficiency, lifetime, lumen maintenance and mercury content;\n(2) switch on/off;\n(3) colour rendering index;\n(4) colour consistency;\n(5) hazardous substances and mixtures;\n(6) substances listed in accordance with Article 59(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council;\n(7) plastic parts;\n(8) packaging;\n(9) user instructions;\n(10) social accountability;\n(11) information appearing on the EU Ecolabel.",
