  "text": "1. For a period of 3 years, the fishing opportunities provided to European Union vessels pursuant to Article 5 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement shall be as follows:\nHighly migratory species (species listed in Annex 1 to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea):\nfreezer tuna seiners: 28 vessels,\npole-and-line tuna vessels: 11 vessels,\nsurface longliners: 35 vessels.\n2. Paragraph 1 shall apply subject to the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of this Protocol.",
