  "text": "1. In the event of termination of the Protocol, the Party concerned shall notify the other Party in writing of its intention to terminate it at least 6 months before the date on which such termination would take effect.\n2. Dispatch of the notification, as referred to in the previous paragraph, shall open consultations between the Parties.",
