  "text": "SIRENE bureaux should be able to exchange fingerprints and pictures for identification purposes.\nThe SIRPIT Procedure makes it possible, when there is some doubt about the identity of a discovered person, to exchange pictures and fingerprints quickly and electronically between SIRENE bureaux, so that a comparison can be made between the fingerprints and pictures of the discovered person and those of the person regarding whom an alert was issued.",
