  "text": "When an end-user conducts a search of the SIS and finds that an alert exists which matches the details entered by him/her, this is called a ‘hit’.\nThe end-user may require the SIRENE bureau to supply supplementary information in order to allow effective implementation of the procedures laid down in SIS tables 4, 10 or 16 as set out in Annex 4 (action to be taken).\nUnless stated otherwise, the issuing Member State shall be informed of the hit and its outcome.",
