Division 3.5 Flagging

A flagged alert shall be regarded as being issued for the purposes of communicating the place of residence of the person concerned.

  1. 3.5.1Systematic request for a flag to be added to alerts on persons wanted for arrest for extradition purposes where Council Framework Decision 2002/584/JHA of 13 June 2002 on the European arrest warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States does not apply
