  "text": "The end user may require the SIRENE bureau to supply supplementary information to allow effective implementation of the procedures laid down in SIS tables 4, 10 or 16 as set out in Annex 4.\nUnless stated otherwise, the issuing Member State shall be informed of the hit and its outcome.\nThis procedure has technical implications as the alert may need to be deleted and another alert which had previously been excluded from the SIS can now be entered.",
