# Council Decision 2011/411/CFSP of 12 July 2011 defining the statute, seat and operational rules of the European Defence Agency and repealing Joint Action 2004/551/CFSP, Article 29: Security

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Agency shall apply the Council’s security regulations as adopted by Council Decision 2001/264/EC.
2. The Agency shall ensure appropriate security in its external communications.
