  "text": "For the purpose of this Decision, the following definitions shall apply:\n(a) ‘participating Member States’ means the Member States of the European Union which participate in the Agency;\n(b) ‘contributing Member States’ means the participating Member States of the European Union which contribute to a particular project or programme of the Agency.",
