  "text": "Each Party shall transmit the results of each inspection to the flag State of the inspected vessel and, as appropriate, to:\n(a) relevant Parties and States, including:\n(i) those States for which there is evidence through inspection that the vessel has engaged in IUU fishing or fishing related activities in support of such fishing within waters under their national jurisdiction; and\n(ii) the State of which the vessel’s master is a national.\n(b) relevant regional fisheries management organisations; and\n(c) FAO and other relevant international organisations.",
