  "heading": "The Depositary",
  "text": "The Director-General of the FAO shall be the Depositary of this Agreement. The Depositary shall:\n(a) transmit certified copies of this Agreement to each signatory and Party;\n(b) register this Agreement, upon its entry into force, with the Secretariat of the United Nations in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations;\n(c) promptly inform each signatory and Party to this Agreement of all:\n(i) signatures and instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval and accession deposited under Articles 25, 26 and 27;\n(ii) the date of entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with Article 29;\n(iii) proposals for amendment to this Agreement and their adoption and entry into force in accordance with Article 33;\n(iv) proposals for amendment to the Annexes and their adoption and entry into force in accordance with Article 34; and\n(v) withdrawals from this Agreement in accordance with Article 35.",
