Article 4 Annual application and commitment

Farmers who want to benefit from derogation under this Decision shall submit an application to the competent authorities annually by 15 February. For the year 2011, the annual application shall be submitted by farmers by 15 July.

Together with the annual application referred to in paragraph 1, they shall undertake in writing to fulfil the conditions provided for in Articles 5, 6 and 7.
