Annex VII is amended as follows:

  1. (1)

    the title of Annex VII is replaced by the following:

    ‘ Activity-specific guidelines for the production of cement clinker as listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC ’;

  2. (2)

    the first sentence of Section 2 is replaced by the following:

    ‘In cement producing activities, CO2 emissions result from the following emission sources and source streams:’.
