If emission limit values have been set for additional pollutants discharged to water, in comparison to the pollutants specified in Annex IV:

1. (a)

   to which plants do they apply (i.e. incineration or co-incineration, ‘new’ or ‘existing’);

2. (b)

   to which pollutants do they apply and what are the limit values set;

3. (c)

   why are these limit values applied?
