Are the requirements of the permit for the measurement of pollutants to water identical to those set out in Article 11(14) to (15)? If not, please provide information detailing the following:

   reason for deviating from Article 11(14) and (15);

   the pollutant or parameter concerned and the measurement requirement imposed.
