For incineration and co-incineration processes, what are the maximum permissible periods of operation during abnormal operation before the plant must shut down:

1. (a)

   maximum permissible period with exceedence of emission limit values;

2. (b)

   maximum cumulative duration of periods exceeding emission limit values over 1 year.
