What provisions are made within the permitting process for:

1. (a)

   identifying the quantities and categories of hazardous waste that may be treated;

2. (b)

   the minimum and maximum flows of hazardous wastes to be treated;

3. (c)

   the range of calorific values of hazardous wastes permitted;

4. (d)

   the restrictions on the content of pollutants, e.g. PCB, PCP, chlorine, fluorine, sulphur, heavy metals?
