# Commission Implementing Decision of 21 September 2011 establishing a questionnaire to be used for reporting on the implementation of Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste (notified under document C(2011) 6504) (Text with EEA relevance) (2011/632/EU), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Member States shall use the questionnaire set out in the Annex for reporting on the implementation of Directive 2000/76/EC.
2. The reports to be submitted shall cover the period from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013.
