# Council Decision of 20 September 2011 appointing two Irish members and an Irish alternate member of the Committee of the Regions (2011/649/EU), Article 1

The following are hereby appointed to the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2015:
(a) as members:
Mr John SHEAHAN, Member of Limerick County Council,
Mr Des HURLEY, Member of Carlow Local Authorities (County and Town).
and
(b) as alternate member:
Ms Catherine YORE, Member of Meath County Council.
