# Council Decision of 8 November 2011 on the conclusion of an Agreement on the participation of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania in the European Economic Area and four related agreements (2011/733/EU), Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to deposit on behalf of the Union the act of approval provided for in each of the agreements, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound.
