  "text": "Without prejudice to Article 11 of Decision 2008/855/EC, Bulgaria shall ensure that vehicles which have been used for the transport of live animals in the areas listed in Annex I and Annex II are cleansed and disinfected after each operation, and that such cleansing and disinfection is recorded in accordance with Article 12(2)(d) of Directive 64/432/EEC.",
