# Commission Implementing Decision of 9 December 2011 on the beneficiary countries which qualify for the Special Incentive Arrangement for Sustainable Development and Good Governance from 1 January 2012, as provided in Council Regulation (EC) No 732/2008 (notified under document C(2011) 9044) (2011/830/EU), Article 1

The Republic of Cape Verde shall benefit from the special incentive arrangement for sustainable development and good governance provided for in Regulation (EC) No 732/2008 from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2013 or until a date laid down by the successor Regulation, whichever is earlier.
