6. 3.2.6The Forum of Competent Bodies will develop standardised forms in all official languages of the European Union for implementing the ‘coordination procedures’ referred to above. In order to enable an efficient communication while minimising misunderstandings resulting from language difficulties, the standardised forms will mainly consist of tick-boxes and only a very limited number of ‘commenting’ fields that can contain free text. Written evidence of this communication, by means of regular mails, e-mails or faxes, should be kept in the event of disputes among competent bodies.
