# Council Decision 2011/867/CFSP of 20 December 2011 amending Decision 2011/137/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Article 6(1a) of Decision 2011/137/CFSP is hereby replaced by the following:
‘1a. All funds, other financial assets and economic resources, owned or controlled, directly or indirectly by the:
(a) Libyan Investment Authority; and
(b) Libyan Africa Investment Portfolio,
that are frozen as of 16 September 2011 shall remain frozen.’.
