‘Average specific emissions (65 %) corrected’ means the average specific emissions of CO2 calculated in accordance with the first indent of the second subparagraph of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 and section 4 of Commission Communication COM(2010) 657 based on the corrections notified to the Commission by the manufacturer concerned. That figure considers all vehicles with both a valid value for mass and CO2 emissions, including vehicles that cannot be verified by the manufacturers.
