  "text": "The following values specified in the Annex are confirmed for each manufacturer of passenger cars and for each pool of manufacturers in respect of the 2010 calendar year:\n(a) the specific emissions target;\n(b) the average specific emissions of CO2, where appropriate adjusted by the relevant error margin;\n(c) the difference between the values referred to in points (a) and (b);\n(d) the average specific emissions of CO2 for all new passenger cars;\n(e) the average mass for all new passenger cars in the Union.",
