  "text": "Decision 2010/89/EU is amended as follows:\n1.. in Article 2, the date ‘31 December 2010’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2011’;\n2.. Article 3 is amended as follows:\n(a) in the introductory phrase, the date ‘31 December 2010’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2011’;\n(b) point (c) is deleted;\n3.. in Article 4(1), the introductory phrase is replaced by the following:\n‘1. Products produced by the establishments listed in Annexes I or II or stored in the establishments listed in Annex IV shall only:’;\n4.. in Article 5(2), the date ‘31 October 2010’ is replaced by ‘31 October 2011’;\n5.. in Article 6, the date ‘31 December 2010’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2011’;\n6.. the Annexes are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.",
