What are the provisions and procedures to ensure that the CO₂ stream consists overwhelmingly of carbon dioxide and that no waste or other matter is added for the purpose of disposing of that waste or other matter? In particular, give details on how conditions are identified to meet the following criteria pursuant to Article 12(1):

• no adverse effect on the integrity of the storage site or the relevant transport infrastructure,

• no significant risk to the environment and human health,

• compliance with applicable Union legislation.
