Division (iii)

Germany will ensure that, during the implementation of the decision, the Commission has unrestricted access to all information which is necessary for monitoring of the implementation of this decision. The Commission may ask the HRE for explanations and clarification. Germany and HRE will cooperate fully with the Commission and the Monitoring Trustee acting on behalf of the Commission with regard to all enquiries associated with monitoring of the implementation of this decision.
