# Commission Decision of 18 July 2011 on State aid C 15/09 (ex N 196/09), which Germany implemented and is planning to implement for Hypo Real Estate (notified under document C(2011) 5157) (Only the German text is authentic) (Text with EEA relevance) (2012/118/EU), Division (iv): These proposals must contain sufficient information about those persons to enable the Commission to verify whether the proposed Trustee fulfils the requirements set out in paragraph A(ii), and must in particular include the following:

(a) the full terms of the proposed mandate with all the provisions which are necessary to enable the Trustee to fulfil its duties;
(b) the draft of a work plan which describes how the Trustee intends to carry out its assigned duties.
