  "text": "The Commission has the discretion to approve or reject the proposed trustees and to approve the proposed mandate subject to any modifications that it deems necessary in order to enable the Trustee to fulfil its obligations. If only one name is approved, HRE will appoint the person or institution concerned as Trustee or cause that person or institution to be appointed, in accordance with the mandate approved by the Commission. If more than one name is approved, HRE is free to decide which of the approved persons should be appointed as Trustee. The Trustee will be appointed within one week of the Commission’s approval, in accordance with the mandate approved by the Commission.",
