Division (i)

The duty of the Trustee is to guarantee full and correct compliance with the obligations set out in the commitments and full and correct implementation of the HRE restructuring plan of 14 June 2011. The Commission may, on its own initiative or at the request of the Trustee, give any orders or instructions to the Trustee or HRE in order to ensure compliance with the commitments attached to the decision.
