Division (iv)

Until the completion of reprivatisation, the Divestiture Trustee will provide the Commission with comprehensive monthly reports in German on the progress of the divestiture process. These reports will be submitted within 15 days after the end of every month, with a simultaneous copy to the Monitoring Trustee and a non-confidential version to HRE.
