  "text": "A member shall empower its representing entity or an entity representing the national consortium to carry out the obligations referred to in Article 6.2(a) and (d) to (l). CLARIN ERIC shall enter into a CLARIN Agreement with that entity in order to lay down the conditions and specifications under which the obligation shall be fulfilled or the contribution shall be made.",
