  "text": "The General Assembly shall be convened by the President with at least four weeks’ notice, and the agenda shall be circulated at least two weeks before the meeting. Members shall have the right to suggest matters for the agenda up to three weeks before the meeting. A meeting of the General Assembly may be requested by at least 50 % of the members, and the meeting shall be held as soon as possible, with at least two weeks’ notice.",
