# Commission Decision of 29 February 2012 setting up the Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (CLARIN ERIC) (notified under document C(2012) 1018) (2012/136/EU), Division 8.8: All decisions shall be passed by simple majority of the votes cast, except decisions to:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) amend the statutes of CLARIN ERIC;
(b) after the first five years, amend Annex 2 “Annual Fee”;
(c) terminate CLARIN ERIC;
(d) terminate a membership or observer status;
(e) suspend or dismiss the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.
