The members of the Scientific Advisory Board shall be appointed by the General Assembly. The Scientific Advisory Board shall consist of high-level researchers who are independentf1 of CLARIN ERIC. Both the CLARIN ERIC provider and user community shall be represented in the Scientific Advisory Board.
