  "text": "Where access for researchers in non-member countries is concerned, the research institution shall pay a subscription fee in accordance with the principles laid down in Annex 2, which will give access for all employees and students of the particular institution to CLARIN data, tools and services. It shall be a prerequisite that the users of CLARIN data, tools and services are part of an authentication and authorisation system satisfying CLARIN requirements and approved by CLARIN ERIC.",
