  1. 1In demarcated areas Member States shall take the following measures to eradicate the specified organism:
  2. 2When the results of the surveys referred to in Article 5 during more than 4 consecutive years have confirmed the presence of the specified organism in an area and in case there is evidence that the specified organism can no longer be eradicated, Member States can limit the measures to the containment of the specified organism within that area. Such measures shall include at least the following:
