  "text": "Article 5 of Decision 2011/172/CFSP is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 5 This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.\nThis Decision shall apply until 22 March 2013.\nThis Decision shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed, or amended as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met.’.",
