  "text": "Purpose 1 — States Parties make progress towards:\nfulfilling national implementation requirements under Article VII of the CWC,\ncomplying with their declarations and inspection declarations requirements under Article VI of the CWC,\nrunning more efficiently their national authorities,\nfacilitating the basic training of national authorities,\nbeing prepared for investigations of alleged use under Articles IX and X of the CWC.\nPurpose 2 — States not Party to the CWC get more involved in OPCW activities and increase their understanding of the CWC and its benefits.",
