  "text": "Council Implementing Decision 2012/167/CFSP\nof 23 March 2012\nimplementing Decision 2011/486/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain individuals, groups, undertakings and entities in view of the situation in Afghanistan\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Decision 2011/486/CFSP, and in particular Article 5 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 1 August 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/486/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 29 November 2011, 6 January 2012, 13 February 2012, 1 March 2012 and 16 March 2012, the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 30 of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1988 (2011) updated the list of individuals, groups, undertakings and entities subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nThe Annex to Decision 2011/486/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
