  "text": "Decision 2008/691/EC is amended as follows:\n1.. Article 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 1 By way of derogation from Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1528/2007 and in accordance with Article 36(1)(a) of that Annex, preserved tuna and tuna loins of HS Heading 1604 manufactured from non-originating tuna of HS Headings 0302 or 0303 shall be regarded as originating in Seychelles in accordance with the terms set out in Articles 2 to 5 of this Decision.’;\n2.. Article 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 2 The derogation provided for in Article 1 shall apply to the products and the quantities set out in the Annex which are declared for release for free circulation into the Community from Seychelles during the periods of 1 January 2008 until 31 December 2008, 1 January 2009 until 31 December 2009, 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2010, 1 January 2011 until 31 December 2011 and 1 January 2012 until 31 December 2012.’;\n3.. Article 6 is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 6 This Decision shall apply from 1 January 2008 until 31 December 2012.’;\n4.. the Annex is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Decision.",
