Enforcement and Reporting. The Irish authorities will ensure that the merged entity complies with the above listed commitments. The Irish authorities will submit regular reports on the measures taken to comply with the commitments. The first report will be submitted to the Commission not later than six months after approval from the date of notification of the Decision and thereafter at six-monthly intervals.
