Division (7)

On an exceptional basis and in the national interest, the Irish National Authorities may determine that exceptions to the above lending restrictions in points (7) and (8) are required to enhance expected recovery values on a Net Present Value basis. Such determinations will be subject to prior approval by the European Commission.
