  "text": "The regions where the collection and transmission of data to the Visa Information System (VIS) shall start, after the regions determined by Decision 2010/49/EC, according to Article 48(3) of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008, are the following:\nThe fourth region:\nBenin,\nBurkina Faso,\nCape Verde,\nCôte d’Ivoire,\nThe Gambia,\nGhana,\nGuinea,\nGuinea-Bissau,\nLiberia,\nMali,\nNiger,\nNigeria,\nSenegal,\nSierra Leone,\nTogo.\nThe fifth region:\nBurundi,\nCameroon,\nCentral African Republic,\nChad,\nCongo,\nDemocratic Republic of the Congo,\nEquatorial Guinea,\nGabon,\nRwanda,\nSão Tomé and Príncipe.\nThe sixth region:\nComoros,\nDjibouti,\nEritrea,\nEthiopia,\nKenya,\nMadagascar,\nMauritius,\nSeychelles,\nSomalia,\nSouth Sudan,\nSudan,\nTanzania,\nUganda.\nThe seventh region:\nAngola,\nBotswana,\nLesotho,\nMalawi,\nMozambique,\nNamibia,\nSouth Africa,\nSwaziland,\nZambia,\nZimbabwe.\nThe eighth region:\nArgentina,\nBolivia,\nBrazil,\nChile,\nColombia,\nEcuador,\nParaguay,\nPeru,\nUruguay,\nVenezuela.\nThe ninth region:\nKazakhstan,\nKyrgyzstan,\nTajikistan,\nTurkmenistan,\nUzbekistan.\nThe 10th region:\nBrunei,\nBurma/Myanmar,\nCambodia,\nIndonesia,\nLaos,\nMalaysia,\nPhilippines,\nSingapore,\nThailand,\nVietnam.\nThe 11th region:\nThe occupied Palestinian territory.",
