# Council Decision 2012/329/CFSP of 25 June 2012 extending the mandate of the European Union Special Representative or the Horn of Africa, Article 5: Financing

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR for the period from 1 July 2012 to 31 October 2013 shall be EUR 4 900 000 .
2. The expenditure shall be managed in accordance with the procedures and rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
3. The management of the expenditure shall be subject to a contract between the EUSR and the Commission. The EUSR shall be accountable to the Commission for all expenditure.
