# Commission Decision of 24 October 2011 on State aid SA 32600 (2011/C) — France — Restructuring aid to SeaFrance SA granted by the SNCF (notified under document C(2011) 7808) (Only the French version is authentic) (Text with EEA relevance) (2012/397/EU), Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The recovery of the aid referred to in Article 2 shall be immediate and effective.
2. France shall ensure that the present decision is implemented within four months following the date of its notification.
